Do You Agree: - Parent/Guardians are required to remain in the church facility at all times and be available to attend to their children's immediate physical needs, such as comforting, feeding, or nappy change, if required. - Your child/ren will only be discharged to the person who has signed them in (regardless of the relationship) unless volunteers are informed at initial sign in. - Sickness: Sick children will not be accepted into the program, to limit the speed of infection and illnesses. - Nappy Policy : We will not change your child's nappy. If your child has a full nappy we will call you to attend to your child. - Toilet training : We will not wipe your child's bottom. If your child is toilet trained or in training please let the attending CPKids helper know and indicate what level the child is trained at. If there is an issue we will call you to attend to your child. - Risk, Waiver & Declaration: I acknowledge that participation in Central Pursuit programs undertaken by myself, other family members and/or visitors is at our risk. I understand that no liability of personal injury, loss or damage to personal effect is accepted by Central Pursuit or its volunteer helpers whilst attending this program. I acknowledge and comply with Central Pursuit Terms and Conditions.
